LUNCH ANYONE?

If you're thinking of skipping lunch as a way to loss weight...think again.  It will not only create a bad habit but you know it will make you hungrier as the hours go by, until you find yourself in an eating frenzy. You'll be filling up on empty calories and eating anything you can get your hands on.
