Yikes! Does this make you hungry? I bet it does! It's a delicious Steak & Egg on Whole Wheat Tortilla with sour cream and salsa. You can have this, if you are in the FRESH DIET delivery area that is.

What a great company! The food is gourmet, delicious and healthy. You want to lose a few unwanted pounds, here's the pain free way to do it. 
As you can see by my blog, I've been eating this way for a long time. A year and a half and I'm committed for another 2 years! Hey! What can I say? I love the food and that's an understatement! I feel healthy and full of energy; I'm not a spring chicken anymore but I can look like one! Hahaha!
I've already put MY guess in and I'm inviting you to do the same. Just look at all the delicious food photos on my blog. There's nothing to lose except,  ahem,  maybe that donut you're carrying around your waist. You'll be able to stop sucking in that stomach every time that love interest walks by too. Most importantly, think of your health and start doing something about it. Nothing will change unless you do.

It's a delicious Cereal Bar with fresh Strawberries and Yogurt. It looks like dessert! Speaking of dessert, you might be thinking, "I don't want to miss eating cookies!" The Fresh Diet has  very healthy recipes for cookies. Here's a photo of one of them.

As noon rolls around are you starting to ponder lunch? Where to eat today and what, maybe with a friend, co-worker or do you prefer to eat alone? Do you go through this routine EVERY day. Or, are you one of those who just decides to skip lunch, sneak in a candy bar (You know you do!) and work until dinner. I bet you eat at your desk!
Do you painstakingly prepare your lunch every evening and bag it to  work? Do you drop by the supermarket and grab (heaven forbid!!) one of those kid's Lunchables? You know very well which ones I'm talking about. The little square package with the tiny pile of cold cut slices, little cheese squares, a few crackers, and sometimes may hold a juice or tiny fruit cocktail. These are designed for children. Maybe you have lunch at the cafeteria at work; maybe you've gotten bored with that scene and now rush to the nearest Cluck Bucket or whatever! You do know that those hips and that waistline are expanding from all those unhealthy take-outs don't you?

I may be small, but I have a hefty appetite! When I wake up in the morning, I'm starving! The other day I showed you some beautiful photos of some of my breakfast choices from The Fresh Diet. Photos similar to the following:

I find that The Fresh Diet is so easy to do! I don't have to painstakingly prepare anything! I don't even ponder lunch anymore. All these wonderful meals are delivered to my front door everyday of the year. They even come in a pretty insulated bag with ice packs, so I can just pick it up and bring it anywhere. 

With The Fresh Diet,  lunch is certainly never boring. There's so much to choose from! Somedays when it's too hot,  it's so refreshing to just munch on a salad.  My salads from The Fresh Diet are so FRESH I think that Chef Ray might be doing his shopping at the Farmers' Markets and selecting their just picked produce. Just take a look at some of these and tell me what you think?

Whether it's a delicious Grilled Jumbo Shrimp Salad or

A Steak Salad or

Pistachio Crusted Goat Cheese

Turkey Breast Salad or

even a Chicken one

or my favorite Wasabi Salmon,
the greens, and veggies as well as the fruit in them are so crisp, fresh, juicy and mouth-wateringly delicious. There are so many more salads to choose from. TFD does not skimp on variety gourmet fare. Speaking of gourmet, just take a peek at this little number for lunch.

Cajun Shrimp Stuffed Portabella Crowns with Balsamic Reduction Sauce

This is one of Laurence's favorite. I think he's addicted to their Portabella mushrooms! The TFD Shrimp are nothing to sneeze at, they are always tantalizing and cooked or grilled to perfection. As for Shrimp, besides the Salad I love the Grilled Shrimp Caesar Wrap with Romaine Lettuce & 
Cucumber on a Sun-Dried Tomato Wrap. Just look at that whole Shrimp in that wrap! Doesn't it make you salivate!  I always savor this one and the Shrimp is so FRESH, I can picture myself sitting in some little cafe, in a little fishing village in the Gulf of Mexico, enjoying the ocean breeze, as I eat this. The next choice I love brings me right to the produce farms all over California.
Roasted Veggie & Goat Cheese Wrap on Whole Wheat Tortilla. Now this is a vegetarian's delight! It's so scrumptious with a garden-fresh taste. I can enjoy a wonderful variety of wraps, soups such as the Spicy Chicken Tortilla Soup with Black Beans, Bell peppers, and Tomato, just the best! If i feel like fish, I can choose from Mahi-Mahi, Tuna, Crab or Salmon. Sometimes I choose a Grilled
Chicken Breast on Whole Wheat Cibatta with Celery Sticks & Pistachio Pesto. This is a delicious and satisfying sandwich with a pesto bonus! There's such a huge variety to choose from on The Fresh Diet; this is a very small sample of choices. It couldn't be easier. Just take your TFD bag where ever you'll be for lunch. It's that simple. So, I'm grabbing my bag and taking off with my man and my dog and going for a picnic lunch at the beautiful harbor in my town, and I'm also including this very tasty snack with me because I plan on going for a very long walk.
What is this you say? Cherry Oatmeal Cookies of course!

WHO KNEW!!!!!!

This is a Grilled Portabella Burger with crisp Lettuce, juicy fresh Tomato, crunchy Red Onion, melted Smoked Gouda cheese and very tasty Chipotle Mayo that adds great zing and all this yumminess on a Whole Wheat Bun. All this from The Fresh Diet, delivered right to my front door.
Now who knew that I would end up wanting to take photos of my food. I never did before joining The Fresh Diet. 
I think this may have first started because here I was on a diet again, except there was one difference...a big difference. These weren't tin cans filled with the same small variety of a diet drink.  Or one of these online diets with the same small variety of boring foods. The food I was eating was not only tasty and not boring but very appealing. Foods/menus created by a cordon bleu chef!  Fresh food that you know came out of a garden, not a can or the freezer. In fact after I took it out of the packing container and put it on a pretty plate, added a lovely setting, it became very tantalizing, exciting all my senses! All I could think of was, "Is this diet food, because if it is, what a great way to lose weight!" That I did! From Burgers such as this one pictured to

a beautiful colorful Fruit Salad with Yogurt such as this. This gorgeous Salad is quite a cheerful way to start your day with a smile! Looking at this, you know you're getting quality fresh produce. Every piece was sweet and tasty. Just looking at those grapes reminds me of that crunchy bite followed by a burst of sweet flavor. Some days when I feel like having eggs, I can choose an Omelet. The Fresh Diet has quite a variety! If I'm in the mood for a Goat cheese one, there's the Goat Cheese, Baby Spinach & Sun-Dried Tomato Omelet with Seven Grain Toast pictured below.

Or, the Asparagus Tarragon Souffle Omelet with Gruyere Cheese & Roasted Cherry Tomato.

Omelet Caprese with Fresh Mozzarella, Roma Tomato, Basil Pesto and Whole Wheat Toast.

The omelet choices don't stop there there are so many many more!
Then again, I may want an Egg Bake such as the Mushroom & Turkey Sausage with Fresh Peaches.

There are a myriad of Egg Bakes, Quiches, even Steak & Egg Enchilada, Breakfast Pizza with Scrambled Egg, Turkey Sausage and Cheddar Cheese on Whole Wheat Pita as well as many others. 

Other times, like today for instance, I felt like having A Fresh Diet Crepe. So I had scrumptious Blueberry Cream Cheese Crepes with Fresh Pineapple & Wild Berry Sauce.

The pineapple are so fresh, very juicy and sweet. This choice actually taste like a dessert.
Speaking of dessert, doesn't the following photo of Whole Wheat Blueberry Waffles, Strawberries & Blueberry Vanilla Ricotta Cheese look like one!

I don't need much encouragement to stay on The Fresh Diet, especially when I get up in the morning and once a week take a peek at what the scale is showing me. Then I reach into the fridge for breakfast and come up with one of those pictured above or one of so many others depending on my mood, when I made my selection. I can pick a variety of Oatmeal, Breakfast Burritos, Granola, or even 
Whole Wheat Waffles with Honey Ham, Fresh Cantaloupe and Sugar-Free Syrup.

All this BEAUTIFUL food and the weight just comes off making me feel so much more energetic and ready for anything. Delicious Fresh food, portion controlled just for me.
The Fresh Diet Breakfasts aren't the only selections that are so photogenic. Someday I'll show you beautiful scrumptious lunches similar to the Portabella Burger pictured above, but right now,  it's time for one of my very delicious snacks such as the Sugar-free Boston Cream Pie.
